Total body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout

Join personal trainer Jo for an intensive, full body workout to music. This 45 minute HIIT workout features a warmup, 30 second intervals of exercises for cardio, upper body, lower body, abdominal and core with a 10 second break between each exercise, finishing with a cool down. HIIT training can help to increase stamina when working out. The short rest periods in between the hard work give the momentum to continue through and maybe work a little bit harder! It also raises the heart rate and therefore increases fitness levels.
